All-plastic plastic runway material is synthesized by pure PU (polyurethane); plastic runway appearance surface is granular structure, non-water permeability. All-plastic plastic runway surface layer has good physical elasticity and high resistance to wear, can resist all kinds of bad weather conditions; long time sunshine; rainy season and freezing climate. The breathable plastic runway adopts the composite structure approved by the IAAF. The upper layer is PU particles or EPDM weather-resistant and environment-friendly color particles, and the water-permeable polyurethane is sealed. The lower layer adopts the mechanical construction buffer bottom pad to show a flat and dense structure, which can fully meet the index requirements of the new national standard GB36246-2018.
Scope of application:
IAAF recognized, in line with international competition standards, the bottom layer using two-component polyurethane casting molding, surface layer using color particles and polyurethane slurry, prepolymer mechanical spraying.
