In the early stage of construction, designers often consider whether the construction of the drainage system matches it. Plastic runway is a part of the stadium, in order to smooth the drainage system in rainy days, many stadiums to design the ground into a "turtle" shape, easy to drain, which solves the plastic runway drainage problem. And silicon PU stadium construction initial drainage facilities and how to design it?
1. The structure of the drainage ditch shall meet the design standards of the drawings (including the size of the ditch body, cover plate and the elevation of the ditch bottom, etc.).
2. After the construction of the drainage ditch is completed, the plane error between the drainage ditch cover plate and the site foundation on both sides of the drainage ditch is not more than 2mm, and the slope requirements are met at the same time, which does not affect the smooth drainage.
3. The foundation backfill compactness of the outer wall of the drainage ditch shall reach above 95%.

5. Waterproof mortar plastering shall be carried out on the inner wall of the drainage ditch in strict accordance with the waterproof requirements.
6. If the water supply system is installed in the drainage ditch at the same time, the installation of the water supply pipe shall be firm and reliable, and the water supply pipe shall be insulated and antifreeze treatment in the northern area.

A good drainage system will greatly reduce the risk of damage to the surface of the plastic sports field by water immersion. Long-term immersion will accelerate the aging of the surface layer and affect the bonding ability between the surface layer and the ground. In particular, when some areas are affected by the environment, acid rain will cause the plastic surface to be corroded to varying degrees. Therefore, whether it is a plastic runway or a silicon PU basketball court, the drainage facilities construction part is the key to the infrastructure construction. When designing the site, it should be summarized and all plans should be made in advance.
